1. The newest type of transmission mechanism is adopted where the row chains lead the main drive shaft to avoid the errors and noises caused by other gear transmission mechanism.

2. The electrical appliances of this machine adopted imported control system. As per the customer’s requirements, it can be optionally equipped with feeding device for missed material, and detection & rejection device (Omron Sensor) for waste product (lack of material).

3. It adopts photoelectric control system and PVC/ PTP/Alu foil auto feeding device, and hard aluminum automatic feeding and waste packing auto-cutting device to ensure the stability of multi-stations at overlong distance.

4. Photoelectric detection and correction device and imported stepper traction motor. As with image-mark printing, the package grade can be optimized.

5. This machine is suitable for the blister packing in food, pharmaceutical, medical instrument, hardware and electronic industries.

Features of Liquid Filling
1. It adopts plunger type metering pump for filling, it is in high precision, the structure of the pump is easy to install and uninstall, and convenient for cleaning and sterilizing.
2. PLC control system, color touch screen display.
3. The filling head has the anti-dropping device.
4. The filling precision is ±05%, the filling volume is 5-25ml (can be customized).
5. The frame of the machine and contact parts with material are both made from stainless steel, it meets with the GMP completely.

We will dispatch engineers to your site for machine installation and commissioning, and also do the training for your technicians.

12 (twelve) months guarantee time. During this Warranty period, we will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine’s quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice. We will also provide one set of spare parts/wear & tear parts to customer along with the shipment of the machine.
