Usage:
 

Machine is suitable for packing liquid material in the medicine, food, and daily chemical industries, and automatically packing materials into sachets with measuring requirement. Such as ice lolly, soy sauce, vinegar, wine, medicine(water), chemical agent(water) and so on.

2. Easy to adjust, full servo motor drive, adopt separate servo motor drive on each station of charging, longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, batch number, notch cutting, multi-station one-time finish make machine automation degree higher and operation more convenient.
2.1. The first level servo motor drive longitudinal seal mould, it can be step-less adjusted pouch length is controlled by PLC, and with the function of infinitely variable speeds.
2.2. The second servo motor drive transverse seal mould, controlled by PLC automatic tracking pouch length change speed of different line length, to ensure keep pace with operation speed while heating seal, install notch cutter on transverse mould, the notch position is accurate and it doesn’t need adjust.
2.3. The third servo motor drive printing mould, controlled by PLC, it will automatically trace wire length speed, keep pace with speed while printing, and the batch number is clear, accurate position and convenient for changing.
2.4. The fourth servo motor drives dotted line cutting, controlled by PLC, it will automatically trace main engine operating speed, cutting position accurate, it can adjust continuous tangent and clearance tangent.
2.5. The fifth servo motor drives cutter, controlled by PLC, it will automatically trace main engine operating speed, cutter position accurate and smooth, and it can adjust continuous cutting and continuous bag function on the touch screen.
3. Adjustment of pouch length: it can step-less adjust pouch length, you only need to input the length number of bag on touch screen and each station will adjust and align in full-automatic, it doesn’t require people to adjust any mechanical part, adjusting time is less than 1 min. Saving material and time.
4. Printing device: printing device is driven by separate servo motor and keep pace with main engine, the batch number is clear, accurate position and convenient for changing.
5. Easy tearing mouth device: Easy tear mouth blade directly installed on the transverse sealing mould, the easy tearing mouth is accurate and doesn’t need to be adjusted.
6. Heating device: Using the multistage controlled heating, it makes the temperature of the whole heating sealing roller uniformity so as to ensure the stability of heat sealing performance.
7. Heating control: apply Omron intelligent temperature controller, the machine cannot start if the sealing temperature hasn’t reached setting temperature, it with alarming function if the sealing temperature is over standard in operating process.
8. Adopt sanitary pump to feeding, configures with automatic pressure maintaining valve to make the pressure of material steady while feeding; PLC controls, solenoid valve measuring. The contact part between pump and material adopt 316 stainless steels.
9. Left and right rectifying device adopt PLC to control, flexible material holder, separate motor transmit to film, left and right rectifying device, it makes the image registration of packing bag be more accurate.
10. Photoelectric registration device: adopt PLC to control, servo motor to drive, photoelectric tracking, automatic rectifying system to ensure the automatic benchmarking of packing bag’s printing image of double sides; it will only waste 5 bags to have automatic adjusting alignment.
11. Transmission rack device: the height of product Transmission rack is adjustable, separate motor drives and the Transmission speed can be adjustable.
12. The material of equipment accords with GMP requirements: all the material contact parts all adopt 316 stainless steel, other exposed parts all adopt 304 stainless steels or have surface antiseptic treatment.
