This 2-in-1 is equipped with protective alarm devices such as bottle blocking, lack of bottles, lack of caps, overload, etc., with reliable performance, scientific process flow, food hygiene conditions, high degree of production automation and easy operation.
SRU-6 + 6 Automatic Rotary Pressing & Capping Machine
1. Equipped with photoelectric switch to detect bottle entering and exiting, and can automatically identify the position of pressing & capping;
2. The capping head can be quickly switched.
3. The cap elevator will stop automatically if there are too many in the unscrambler.
4. Easy to operate and quick changeover;
5. The system has a self-diagnostic function, which can diagnose sensor and system (CPU, storage, display, etc.) failures and give alarm instructions;
6. The bottle type parameters can be stored, and the working parameters can be set quickly after changing the production;
7. The system has a protection level to prevent modification; when the system fails, the system can automatically alarm and stop.

Consider the special shape and softness of the bottle, a contoured fixing block is designed and installed at each station of the star wheel template to firmly support the pressing and capping claws, to ensure the stable operation.
For different specifications of products, it adopts quick-release design, including the bottle-in star wheel, bottle-out star wheel, bottle-taking star wheel, bottle in-and-out guide plate, and outer retaining ring. The template and puck are color-coded to distinguish between different specifications.
A double-conveyor belt structure with an intelligent detection sensor is installed at the bottle exiting part. The qualified bottles are normally conveyed, and the unqualified (no inner cap and no outer cap) bottles are automatically diverted to another conveyor belt by using a swing cylinder. When bottle block appears, the capping machine will automatically stop and it will start again when the problem solved.
The mechanical method, combined with photoelectricity is used to detect whether there is inner cap and pressed properly, which can ensure that the outer cap is not capping without the inner cap.
