Huituo 10-head linear servo filling machine is independently developed and designed, whihc is mainly composed of control system, conveying device, photoelectric detection, piston device, filling device, diving device, bottle-fixing device and other parts.

The electrical control part is composed of a PLC(programmable logic controller) and a variable frequency speed governor, with high integration, strong control ability and reliable operation. It is easy to operate with the touch screen. The photoelectric sensors use advanced sensing elements, which make the mechatronics of the machine perform perfectly.

Before start, bottle-in blocking plate extends, then start the filling conveyor to run, and bottle-out blocking plate extends. When thesensor in front of the bottle-in palte is blocked for a long time, it is considered that bottles are ready to enter. At this time, the bottle-in blocking plate retracts, and the bottle runs to stop at the bottle-out blocking plate. When 10 bottles are photoelectrically counted at the bottle-in blocking plate, and there are enough bottles inside, the filling process can be started. At the same time, the bottle-in blocking plate is extended to block the bottle in the back.

The servo electric cylinder drives the piston of the filling device to move downward and sucks the material into the measuring cylinder. At this time, the filling control valve rotates, closes the feeding channel and opens the discharging channel, and at the same time, the leak control valve opens. Then the electric cylinder reversely drives the piston of the filling device to move upward, and injects the material in the measuring cylinder into the discharge pipe, and fills it into the container through the nozzle.

After the filling is completed, the bottle-out blocking plate is retracted. When the bottle reaches a certain number, the bottle-in blocking plate is retracted (this action is to separate a certain distance between the two batches of bottles). When the bottle-out blocking plate is photoelectrically counted to 10, the bottles are now considered to have all left the filling area.
