1. Working principle: continuous rotary
2. Suitable bottles: cylinder, flat, and irregular shape bottles
3. Suitable caps: regular pump, spray pump, foam pump, pull-push, flip-top, disc-top, Yorker and so on. 4. Speed: 200bpm for pumps and 300bpm for screw-on caps 5. Torque control: two types are available; by servo, modify via touch screen or by permanent magnet clutch 6. Changeover parts in modular design, within15min 7. Capping efficiency 98%, and pass rate 99.9%;

Cap-feeding by servo motor drived chain
Huituo SPI servo capper adopts servo motor for cap-feeding chain, which not only reducing noise, but also avoid cap-stuck.
Bottle feeding by profiled screw rod
The screw drive follows the main drive, whoes angle can be set via touch screen to make it match with the starwheel. There is a sensor at the bottle-in screw, no bottle, no capping and alarm when bottle-stuck.
Cap-dividing
The cap divider is customized by the cap shape and different diameters would require changeover, but only the parts contacting cap needs to be changed.
Servo capping
Each capping head is controlled by one servo motor. Closed loop control by the servo motor and program throughout the capping process. Capping torque change control via HMI.
Different changing by templates
Made of PP, designed by bottle shape, with smooth surface. It can not only stabilize the positioning, prevent the bottle from being scratched; and allows quick changeover.
Unqualified product rejection
After capping, there is a dual-conveyor with sensors; The qualified products are normally transported, and the unqualified ones (no cap, no inner tube, tilted cap) will be automatically split to another conveyor by swing cylinder.
