1. Is the fiber cutting pen can replace the desktop precision optical fiber cutter?
The cutter pen cutting quality is difficult to achieve the requirements of optical fiber welding machine, only recommended for simple temporary test or use not usual, such as for bare fiber adapter temporary connection test. If need precise welding or high requirements mechanical splice, still recommend to buy fiber clever or fiber cleaver equipped with fusion splicer.

Not recommended. Because the results may not reach the precision requirements, still suggest to use the preciser fiber cleaver. But customers can try by themselves, some can success, but not completely guarantee effect.
