Applicable in the termination and 19'' standard structure,rack mount design, metal cold rolled steel sheet, with electrostatic spraying, 1.2mm thickness after painting. Grey color, total smooth not have cracks or fingerprint.

1U height 44.54mm can hold 24pcs SC simplex adapter plate, the adapter is with flange hole, all box delivered with screws to fix the adapters on plate to make it stable during long term transporation, not slide out.

1U 24cores equipped with 1 piece fusion splice tray, maximum 24cores sing fiber storage, there is enough space for 1.5meter long fiber management or storage.

The box can be rack mounted on the ODF frame 19inch or 23inch by mounting ears, which will be configuration with the accessory bag, with enough screws, when delivery, not fixed on the box. pls take it out when onsite construction.

The box with 4pieces cable entry clamps and rubber seals to prevent dust or rat, which make fiber management easy and nice. The metal slide tray is better than plastic tray, it is long time use no break, it is very smooth and convenient to take out of the internal tray.

There is also 3plastic cable clamps for cable exit management, humanity design, there are  many types of clamps can be choose.

The total box will be closed with a clip at front and can be flip up or down with a metal holder at the bottom.When delivery, it will closed for better protection.

Environmental requirements:

Not suitable outdoor use, if need to use, should take protective measures.

Material properties

Fiber Optic Patch panel materials is corrosion resistance, stable physical and chemical properties all material must be compatible, 

and is compatible with optical cable sheath and wiring pigtail sheath. 

To prevent corrosion and other electrical damage, these materials must be compatible with the other equipment used in the patch panel

1.  If the patch panel use engineering plastics, its combustion performance shall be in accordance with A GB/T5169.7 test, the test last for 30s.

2. optical fiber connector enhancement protector use materials and hot melt temperature filler shall be not less than 120 °C, thermal softening 

temperature shall be not less than 90 °C, can be used in  a 25 ~+40°C temperature.

3. All materials should be nontoxic, non corrosive, on human health and other equipment element side effects. 

 The appearance shall complete shape, no burr, no bubblesno cracks and voids, warping, impurity defects. 

 All the background color should be uniformly continuous. Beautiful appearance and convenient construction, low attenuation loss,

Mechanical properties

Tensile strength:should withstand axial tensile strength not less than 500N between cable terminal box and the cable, and not less than 5N between wiring pigtail and terminal box.

Compression test: cable terminal box each should be able to withstand the vertical static pressure 

not less than 200N.

Twist test : cable terminal box should be able to withstand the torsion angle.
