This aluminium foil fireproof document pouch is made from fiberglass cloth. Outside is 3732 fireproof laminated aluminium foil fiberglass fabric. Inside materials is fireproof silver electroplated fiberglass cloth. For this design, both inside and outside layers are fireproof. Double fireproof materials protect your valuables.
 
Surface of this bag aluminium foil fiber glass fabric can resist 95% radiant heat. For inside layers we have many choices, it can be decided by customers. There are a lot of different fire protection glass fabrics can be used as inner lining. Please choose from following materials:
 
Fire Retardant Fabric Inside:

• White Non Woven Fabric
• Black Fire Retardant Fabric

 
​Fireproof Fabric Inside:

• Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric
• PU Coated 100% carbon fiber fabric
• Or other coated fiberglass fabric. (Coated fiberglass fabric is no itchy)

 
Materials of this bag: fiberglass fabric is a light but very strong fabrics. It is abrasion resistant, flexing resistant, tear resistant and chemical resistant. Working temperature of the base fiberglass fabric can resist 1020°F. While adhesive(glue) of aluminium foil will vaporize above 572°F. For inside materials, coated fiberglass fabric can be used below 500°F continuously. Above this temperature for a long time, coating will become hardened, but the base cloth are still capable to resisting heat.
 
What is the difference between our bags and other fireproof bags?
 
Common problem of fiberglass products is: glass fibers may fall off and stick into skin. So customers feel hurt and itchy on hands when touch it for a long time. But customers won't feel any hurt, itchy when touch this aluminium foil fireproof bags. Because Unionfull laminated an aluminum foil on the outside fiber glass cloth. Also add a layer of fire retardant fabric or fireproof coated fiberglass fabric as inner lining. For this design, both inside and outside layer will be fireproof. What's more, totally avoid direct touch to the glass fibers, which make its comfortable hand feeling. No allergy or sensitivity.
