Red Silicone Coated High Silica Fabric 800℃ 0.7mm 37" Fire Blanket Cloth
Basic cloth of silicone coated high silica fabric is 600g/m2 high silica fabric in satin weaving (cross twill). This basic high silica cloth is treated with calcination and acid in production, so it owns above 96% SiO2 content, higher fire resistance and high density. The basic silica fabric is coated with 75g/m2 red silicone each side, so total weight is 750gsm.
Basic 600g high silica fabric is capable of withstanding heat below 800℃ continuously. The silicone coating can be used below 260℃. Except for heat resistance, this silicone coated high silica fabric is also chemical resistant, abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant and anti aging. Based on these properties, silicone coated high silica fabric is widely used in thermal insulation fields. It can be used to produce fire/welding blanket, fabric expansion joint, thermal insulation jacket and electrical insulation materials.
