Waterproof Grey PVC Coated Fiberglass Cloth 7628 Glass Fiber Fabric
This 0.25mm grey PVC coated fiber glass fabric is produced from 200g/m2 7628 fiber glass cloth. And then it was coated with 40g/m2 both waterproof and fireproof polyvinyl chloride on two sides. PVC coated fiberglass fabric is a ideal material performing great on both fireproofing and waterproofing. PVC coating makes the surface of fiberglass fabric be more smooth and waterproof. The total weight of this 0.25mm PVC coated fiberglass fabric is 280g/m2.
PVC coated fiberglass cloth is a coated fiber glass cloth with a lot of great properties, such as fire resistance, waterproofing, thermal insulation and chemical corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, washable, good capability of heat maintaining.
PVC coated fiberglass fabric has been used widely in sports euipment before, such as surfboards, boats and yachts and other products. Now this waterproof fiberglass material is also widely used in auto, train, ship cover, open yard cover, industrial and some other protective application. PVC coated fiberglass fabric is with longer working life and better strength than common awning fabric materials.

The basic fiberglass fabric of this PVC coated fiberglass cloth is 7628 200g/m2 fiber glass cloth. It is usually used for copper clad laminate before. But now, because of its light weight and various combinations with most resins, 7628 is not only used for electrical application now, but also widely used in other fields. For example, it can be used for surfboard building too.
