Fire Retardant Grey Thermal Insulation Covers , High Temp Insulation Blanket Pads 800℃ 25MM
The removable heat insulation pad is designed to eliminate heat loss of armatures, filters, valves, pipeline and other industrial equipments. Instead of standard sheetmetal, this material is more flexible and easy to fabricate. Because of the advantages of quick removal and re-application, it is mainly used for combined heat and power, in heat-exchanger rooms, manufacturing plants application, boiler rooms, etc. Removable insulation blanket is applied to the equipment and it shall be opened around the object it covers. So we design to open it with fire retardant velcro and buckles.
 
Its structure looks like a sandwich style. Outside material of heat insulation cover is glass fiber cloth with single side grey silicone. Inside material is e-glass fiber glass needlemat. Fiberglass material is great fire resistant and eco-friendly. Especially, fiber glass needlemat can be recycled. It will be cut into fibers again and be punched by needles to form a blanket. These fiber glass materials are electrical insulated, chemical corrosion resistant and abrasion resistant.
 
With this 25mm heat protection blanket jacket, high temp air, gas, oil or hot liquid in the object won't makes the surface too hot to touch. And this cover will be a  protection of the equipment object from heat and cold damage. Workers could feel hurt or too hot when they touch the jacker surface. You will install and remove this cover easily to fix the inside equipments.
Ourside fibre glass cloth can withstand heat from -50 to 550℃. E-glass needlemat can be used below 800℃. Please don't contect flame directly because the hook and loop is fie retardant only, not fireproof.

IR Test
IR Test result of this jacket cover showed that when the temperature inside of the equipment goes up to 300℃, the surface of jacket is at 32℃ continuously.
