0.12mm 33x40cm FDA Non Stick Silicone Baking Mat PTFE BBQ Grill Mat
As seen on TV BBQ grill mat must be your best choice if you enjoy BBQ grilling. With this bbq liner one your grill, everything gets easier and you don't need to handle the mess after grilling. Except for steaks and chicken, you can also use it for eggs, vegetables and cheese cooking. It prevent food from falling through the grill and cracks.
Material of BBQ grill mat is food grade PTFE coated fiberglass fabric. Fiber glass cloth is a high strength material with fire resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. Once coated with PTFE coating on both sides, its surface becomes non stick. This coating is food grade, FDA approved and non toxic during heating. BBQ grill mat can be used from -50 to 260℃ continuously.
Standard size of oven liner is 15.75x13 inches (33x40cm) which is popular on the market. Common thicknesses are 0.08mm, 0.12mm, 0.2mm. The color can be customized too. Usually it will be black, beige and copper. Packing of barbecue grill mat is two pieces in one small box. And customer's logo and instructions can be printed on the small box.
Main application of PTFE glass cloth is BBQ grill mat, oven liner or baking mat. However, it is also widely used in industrial fields, such as non stick purpose of heat transfer pressing machine, heat sealing, compactor finishing machine of dyeing factory. Silicone or other compounds won't stick on the surface.
