Product Description:
Male to female fiber optic attenuators is doped fiber attenuators, providing low wavelength sensitivity, high stability, high return loss, and good reliability. This makes our attenuators well suited for EDFA, DWDM, and other high-power output applications, it's also called Plug-Type attenuator.
The Fixed Optic Attenuator 15 dB (Male to Female Variation Scale 0 ~ 30 dB) is mainly used in communication systems to reduce optical power launched onto the photodetector and provides an accurate attenuation over a wide range of wavelengths.
