Copper SFP is electrical SFP transceiver with RJ45 interface. Fiberall provide 10Gbase-T, 5Gbase-T/2.5Gbase-t, 10/100/1000BASE-T and 1000BAST-T copper SFP and we also offer 1000BASE-T Copper GBIC transceiver. But 10/100/1000BASE-T is used with SGMII interface but 1000BAST-T use with SERDES interface.
SGMII is the interface between PHY and MAC, it is serial and do not need to provide extra clock, but MAC and PHY need CDR to recover the clock. Otherwise, SGMII is with 8B/10b code and the data rate is 1.25Gbps.
Fiberall SFP+-10GBASE-T Copper Small Form Pluggable (SFP) transceivers are based on the SFP Multi Source Agreement (MSA) . They are compatible with the 10Gbase-T / 5Gbase-T / 2.5Gbase-T / 1000base-T standards as specified in IEEE Std 802.3 . SFP+-10GBASE-T uses the SFP's RX_LOS pin for link indication. If pull up SFP's TX_DISABLE pin, PHY IC be reset.
