5, Pump 100kPa + 5kPa pressure to splice joint closure which is already finished sealing for three times (repeated) according to the provisions of operation procedure, soak it in clean water container at room temperature and observe 15min, there is no bubble emerges (or stable observation 24h there is no change on barometer ).

6, Mechanical properties of optical cable splice closure: do the below test after filling with 60kPa + 5kPa pressure: soak it in clean water container at room temperature and observe 15minutes, there is no bubble emerges (or stable observation 24h there is no change on barometer ) and there is no crack on shell and its components, no obvious damage and deformation.

The horizontal fiber optic splice closure adopts the flashboard structure design;

With conjoined sealing parts can be elastically deformed and sealed reliably, and can be repeatedly installed and used;

Fiber tray has large storage space and easy for expansion;

Suitable for ribbon fiber; bundle fiber optic cable and FTTH drop cable;

Whole bolt and silica gel sealing structure is adopted;

The splice closure is with advantages of strong impact resistance, tight sealing, etc.;

Silicone seal is stable and reliable, to prevent leakage problems.
