Evaluation criteria for high quality adapters
1, Flame retardant: Flame retardant is the burning point of the material, good adapter material is not easy to burn in the fire point, which is a good flame retardant level.
2, Hot deformation temperature : Plastic deformation can occur under thermal pressure, especially in the field. So the adapter's thermal deformation temperature is also an important parameter.
3, Operating temperature: -20~70℃. This is a normal operating temperature range of Fiberall optic adapter. Fiber adapter can not work normally and the loss is increased in cold temperature or hot temperature, the network will not meet great impact under temperature -40~75℃ and it can work normally at this temperature range.
4, Insertion loss. General requirements for loss is less than 0.2dB, if the loss is high, it will affect the transmission and the network speed will be very slow.
5, Mating times. In the continuous using, it needs to insert and plug for many times, generally the qualified fiber optic adapter can stands more than 500 times mating, if it can not reach 500times, the it can not ensure the use life.
