FA-FTT04, Fiber Optic Tool Miller Fiber Stripper For Coating Stripping And Fiber Cutting
Miller fiber stripper is with wide stripping range reach maximum 10mm2 cable and the maximum stripping length is 25mm. It adopts ESG series mark number can be identified easily. It is removable handle can be installed or removed according to the size of the operator's palm and make the operation more comfortable. Partial pre-stripping or stripping function: select the block adjustment to the "stripping" position, the insulation layer still retained on the fiber cable after stripping so the optical fiber cable can be protected in filed operation, it also simplifies the operation procedure. It is with protection clippers (baffles) so it is able to prevent misoperation. The cable port will be open automatically as soon as the stripping is completed and avoid damage to tool from waste residue.
Products Features Of FA-FTT04
1, Use to strip 250 micron coating and expose 125 micron cladded fiber;
2, Second hole on the top is for stripping 2.0mm to 3.0mm outer jacket;
3, The V type port and 140 µm hole on the blades can be used to remove 250 micron buffer coating outside 125 micron fiber;

Operation Instruction (Fiberall)
1, Select corresponding stripping knife according to the thickness of the cable type;
2, Put the ready fiber cable in the middle of the stripping tool blade, choose a good length for stripping;
3, Hold the stripping tool handle, clamp the fiber cable, strip the jacket of the optical fiber cable with slowly force;
4, Release the handle of the tool and take out the cable. At this time, the fiber is exposed outside, and the rest of the insulating plastic is in good condition.
