FA-FTF01, Consumptive Material Fiber Optic Asserios Polishing Film 1um 9um ADS
Fiber optic polishing film use ultra precision coating technology, disperse micron or nanometer abrasive (diamond, silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, cerium oxide, etc.) and high performance adhesive evenly, and coat them on the surface of high strength PET polyester film , and then processed with high precision cutting. Fiberall is able to provide the below polishing film for fiber optic related applications:
1, Diamond series polishing film: for polishing of optical fiber connector, optical fiber array, fiber glass (cutting angle, rough polishing, medium polishing, fine polishing); polishing of magnetic head and hard disk; polishing of optical glass and optical crystal;polishing of semiconductor materials (GaAs, InP etc.) ; polishing of silicon chip edge;
2, Silicon carbide series polishing film: for removing glue on ceramic ferrule; polishing of plastic ferrule, polishing of metal ferrule; grinding and polishing of magnetic head ;
