FUJI550C Optic Fiber Polisher, on the base of international universal standards and long-term hands-on experience, is a piece of equipment for polishing various optic fiber connectors. It ensures high quality of products, high productivity and low cost of supporting materials.
A large-scale production line can be organized with 2 or 3 sets of FUJI550C Optic Fiber Polishers.
Such type of polisher is able to polish SM, MM and PM optical fiber connectors and other specialized types.
The said equipment is versatile for a vast range of connectors ranging from FC/PC, FC/PC, SC/PC, SC/APC. ST/PC, ST/APC, LC, MU to MT/RJ ,MPO,MTP,E2000etc.
With dedicated fixture, it is enabled to polish other types of ceramic contact ferrules or dark fiber and the optical fiber connectors made of glass or plastic and other tiny elements as well.
Connectors produced by this polisher are of low insert loss and low return loss, good interchangeability and good repeatability.
