3 Watts Portable UV Laser Marking Machine For Glass PCB PET
Product Introduction:
UV laser marking machine takes 355nm pumped purple light laser device as the light source and take advantage of previous generations machine to gain smaller diameter of focusing spot and fine marking effect.
The metal absorb purple light higher than infrared and therefore more suitable for marking on metal and glass materials compared with infrared pump machine. Narrower pulse width of laser makes a shorter time of processing on materials, thus the materials avoid being deformed or burnt due to thermal. With smaller heat affected area and more beautiful marking effect, our products can meet customer’s demand of higher marking requirements.
Applicable materials:
The materials with high heat radiation reaction, some special materials, most metal and non- metal materials, mainly the higher marking precision such as mobile phone buttons, plastic translucent keys, electronic components, communication products, sanitary ware, tools, accessories, knives, eyeglasses and clocks, jewelry, auto parts, luggage buckle, cooking utensils, stainless steel products and other industries.
Applicable Industry:
It is applied in ultra-fine laser marking in high-end market. It can mark and engrave on toys wood. UV lasr marking machine adopts UV laser generator. The ultra-small focusing spot of 355nm UV light doesn’t break the surface of glass. There is no heating effect when marking, so it would not deform the lenses and upper. The machine can mark, cut and engrave for special materials.
