Product Features

1. Information Synchronization: The code-spraying machine is integrated alongside the production line. During the product-spraying process, the utilization of an electric eye guarantees precise synchronization between the printing operation and the product movement.

2. Machine Structure: The machine comprises a casing and a sprinkler head, housing electronic components, an ink system, a power supply, and a display screen. The nozzle is linked to the rear of the machine via a flexible conduit.

3. Ink System: The ink system supplies ink to the sprinkler head, ensuring a continuous ink flow that can be recycled back into the system.

4. Printing Process: During printing, ink droplets are deflected from the sprinkler head and directly applied to the product. The product and nozzle remain non-contact throughout the printing process, which is governed by electronic components that also store the necessary printing information.

5. Circuits and Hydropower Systems: Specialized software engineers have addressed potential issues and conducted in-depth research to devise modular circuits and hydropower systems characterized by low power consumption and highly integrated hardware.

6. Humanized Design: The PE-100B model is available in both Chinese and English interfaces. It features a touch button, start/stop functionality, automatic fault diagnosis, automatic phase viscosity control, and an automatic nozzle cleaning mechanism.
