PE-W200 is a Jewellery Laser soldering machine specially used for laser welding of gold and silver jewelry. It is mainly used for punching and spot welding of gold and silver jewelry. Laser spot welding is one of the important aspects of laser processing technology. The process of Jewellery Laser soldering machine is heat conduction and thermal processing. The whole process is to heat the surface of the workpiece by laser radiation,the heat received by the surface is radiated to the inside of the workpiece. Then, by controlling the parameters such as width, energy, peak power and repeated laser pulse frequency, the workpiece is melted to form a specific molten pool. Because of the unique advantages of Jewellery Laser soldering machine, it has been successfully applied to the processing of gold and silver jewelry and the welding of micro and small parts.
