The Perfect Laser ultra-thin automated glass cutting machine PEG-5050 features a marble accuracy table with an air flotation function. It is quite flat and will not distort after prolonged usage.
The ultra-thin automated glass cutting machine uses the knife wheel cutting technology with a manual setting option. The cutting glass thickness ranges from 0.1mm to 5mm, with a quick cutting speed, strong cutting effect, and high accuracy. Can produce a wide range of forms with a single cut. No need for secondary processing, which increases manufacturing efficiency.
1.The automatic glass cutter makes use of expert glass cutting software and CAD drawings, allowing you to cut rectangles and other designs.
2. The X, Y, and Z axes use servo motors, which provide excellent precision, smooth operation, cheap cost, and a long service life.
The working positioning pin of this ultra-thin CNC automated glass cutter is located in the machine's upper left corner.The positioning technique involves mechanical positioning and vacuum adsorption, which promotes operational stability.
4. Uses a CCD camera with a field of view of 6.04mm*5.12mm, 1.3 million CCD pixels, magnification of 40 to 60 times, and a PC controller.
5. The CCD camera uses a coaxial adjustable light source with effective target sizes of + 0.3-1.6mm and round 0.3-1.0mm. Special criteria necessitate experimentation.
6. The transportable glass cutting machine. The cutting origin location may be adjusted at any time, and there is an origin correction function. The basic typesetting function includes a large range of patterns.
