–It is the perfect blend of the top fiber laser techniques and digital control techniques and represents the most advanced cutting level.
–Mechanical structure adopts the imported robotic arm with six-axis linkage working mode, applies laser beam guiding device into the robotic arm, and combines the stable laser beam and the advantage of movable robotic arm, which can realize the machining for random or specified curve in 3D space. With easy operating and high intelligence, it can shorten the lead-time, guarantee the high working speed, high precision and reliability.
–The professional moving-control software guarantees the quality of the cutting and stability of running of machine, which makes the cutting more convenient and operation easier.
–Laser cutting head responses quickly and cuts precisely. It coordinates robotic arm closely to avoid the collision between cutting head and metal sheet, guarantee the cutting focus position and stability of the cutting quality.
–The industrial robot combines with the fiber laser to finish the process in one time. The kerfs is flat and nice, no need the second process, which reduces the whole process, labor cost and mold cost, raises the grade of product and increase the added value.
–The cutting head is strong enough for the 1.0Mpa pressure. The equipment with the high pressure gas path improves the capacity to cut the stainless steel which is difficult to cut.
–The industrial robot can reduce the cost greatly. Decrease the electricity cost and the maintenance cost and save the floor area that the machine occupies.
