The thin core fundamental mode fiber laser achieves a pure fundamental mode laser output with M²less than 1.1, It features a compact structure, high energy density, anti-reflection capability, high electro-optical conversion efficiency, and possesses outstanding advantages in high precision machining, welding of copper and aluminum, 3D printing, etc. In welding of aluminum alloy, by almost maintaining the welding width, the welding depth increase with applied power, which is suitable for welding of aluminum alloy like power battery, all aluminum vehicle body, etc.
