It is made of 30g/m2 surface tissue as the base layer, above then non-uniform glass fiber short-cut of a mat of 270g/2 with nylon thread knitted together. It can be used for FRP cooling tower.
1. Quickly wet out(resin), good molding property, easy to delete air bubbles.
2. Evenly distribution of fiber and blinder.
3. The composite products have high dry and wet tensile strength and good transparency.
4. Uniform density ensure consistent fiberglass content and mechanical properties of the composite products.
