The equipment is mainly used for loose tube jelly filling .This equipments Extruding bubbles through high pressure action can be separated for many times through simple cascade to achieve the purpose of removing the gas in the fiber paste.
In order to keep the loss of optical fiber low in the manufacture and application of optical fiber cable, it is generally used to fill the jelly in the loose tube and finished optical fiber cable.

2.1 Ointment heating temperature at RT ~ 70 ℃ (adjustable), ointment flow 10 liters / min, oily cream reserves of not less than 70 L, the overall weighing form;
2.2 Due to the high viscosity of the fiber paste, its viscosity is about 15000mpas at 250C, so all gear pumps are used in such high viscosity occasions, the material is stainless steel, the flow rate to meet the actual use of the four production lines;
2.3 After optical fiber oil paste has been degassed by the equipment,can ensure the unobtrusive measurable size bubbles and solid debris;
2.4 Equipped with a 3-meter insulation ointment tube, to provide insulation heating pipe interface size and other technical parameters;
