ZGT has nearly 6 years' experience in MTP assembly and our products qualified by some of the Fiber Optical worlds largest Customer, such as JABIL, Corning. Our offerings include 12 and 24 fiber multimode and SM jumpers. Cable assemblies are available in OFNP (Plenum), OFNR (Riser) or LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) flammability ratings with OS1, OS2, OM1, OM2, OM3 or OM4 glass.
As a cost-effective alternative to time-consuming field termination, MTP trunk cable is designed for high-density fiber patching in data centers which need space saving and reduce cable management troubles.
ZGT are flexible to use several Brands of MTP/ MPO to help customers cost control. US Conec MTP connectors are fully compliant with the MPO standards, achieving higher performance levels when compared to generic MPO connectors.
This 12 Fiber MTP / MPO cassette allows for a break-out to 12 LC connectors. This cassette uses a angled polish MTP / MPO and flat polished LC/UPC connectors for low insertion loss. Inside the cassette is a fan out using Singlemode 9/125µm Corning fiber from one MTP/APC (female) which then connect to 12 LC/UPC ports on the front.
This cassette has a LGX foot print and can be installed in a Vertical MPO cassette holder or a Horizontal MPO cassette holder. Fibertronics MTP / MPO Cassettes are all made with high quality Corning fiber optic cable and come in many fibermodes: Single Mode (9/125um), Multimode OM1 (62.5/125um), Multimode OM3 (50/125um), and others. These cassettes also have many common fiber optic connector ports available: LC, LC/APC, SC, SC/APC, FC, FC/APC, and ST fiber optic connectors with LC and LC/APC options for both 12 Fiber Cassettes and 24 Fiber Cassettes. All Fibertronics MTP / MPO Cassettes can be made with either male or female MTP / MPO connectors to fit your needs.
Fibertronics fiber optic MTP / MPO cassettes are an easy and low cost no-splice solution to transfer from multi-fiber cables to fiber optic patch cables without the use of splice on pigtails.
These MTP / MPO Cassettes are ready to be utilized out of the box and easily plug into Fibertronics PP1UCASS 1U Rack Mount Cassette Holder.
