COMPACT CJ LASER WELDING SYSTEM
COMPACT CJ was developed for welding circle or circular weld parts.
Machine Features:
1) The special welding system for synchronous rotating parts,can complete the welding of cylindrical parts with dimensions of 5mm-400mm by optimizing the arrangement of optical axis and the incident Angle of laser beam.
2) The system is equipped with a rotary table with a maximum of four work stations;According to the needs of production, you can choose automatic operation device or manual feeding..
3) The motion of the optical axis is realized through ball screw and high-quality brushless motor.
4) The equipment structure of the system is compact, which ensures convenient access to the production site and easy and complex production line integration..
5) The configuration of the welding system is very flexible, and the corresponding special process equipment or laser (CO2 laser or fiber laser) can be selected according to the geometric shape and production requirements of the parts.
6) The welding system has the features of small footprint, rapid installation and convenient maintenance.
7) The computer control system is based on Windows and has a friendly man-machine interface to ensure maximum flexibility, especially for remote sensors (welding seam tracking and process monitoring). Users can make remote diagnosis and technical support through simple phone contact.
