This time, the customer proposed to use stainless steel to make this low-pressure crude oil filter. As we all know, the production process of this oil filter is casting. If the quantity is small, it is certainly not suitable for casting, and the cost is also very large. At this time, based on our experience and communication with customers, our factory adopted the welding process to make this stainless steel duplex low-pressure crude oil filter, that is, it was assembled and welded from the beginning of raw materials to the final forming. (the actual process diagram is as follows)
