Double-side worktable vertical laminar flow clean workbench for workshop

1. Laminar flow clean workbench description:

This equipment is made of high-quality steel plate bending, assembled welding. The air supply body is equipped with new non-woven pre-filters, air HEPA filters made of ultra-fine glass fiber filters, small low-noise variable-speed centrifugal fans and other electrical components, and mobile universal casters. The device has the advantages of simple structure and beautiful appearance.

This equipment adopts variable air volume fan system, which can change the operating conditions by adjusting the input voltage of the centrifugal fan. The average wind speed of the wind surface is always kept within the ideal range, effectively extending the use of high-efficiency filters for the main components of the equipment. Lifetime, reduce the operating costs of the equipment, the device is also equipped with ultraviolet disinfection devices.

1).Adopts mini-pleated HEPA filter to minimize the plenum, with stainless steel table-board and glass atside make the whole work area spacious and bright;
2).Easy removal prefilter with big air volume for better protection of HEPA filter and ensure the wind speed;

Clean bench is a local filtration working table which has strong universality. Suitable for high cleanliness production workshop, can be assembled together to use.

Performance Features:

Clean air bench designed so as to meet the requirements of US Federal Standard 209 B (BS 5295) providing particle free air to meet class 100. Whole cabinet made of Cold Rolled steel powder coated. The work table is made of thick Stainless-steel (SUS304 T=1.0mm). Extra charge is applied for full SUS304 body.

The unit is fitted with pre-filter and HEPA Filter. Air is drawn through pre-filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all air-borne particles of size 0.3 micron

3.Clean workbench installation requirements:

1). This equipment should be installed in all levels of purification plant or sealed air conditioning plant.

2). This equipment should be installed away from high-speed dust sources and sources.

3). After installation, clean the inside of the equipment and its surroundings with a vacuum cleaner or a non-fiber-generating tool.

4). After the installation is cleaned, the QDF-2 type hot-ball anemometer can be used to measure the average wind speed in the clean work area. When the average wind speed is less than 0.32m/s, increase the regulator voltage and increase the fan input voltage. On the contrary, when the average wind speed is higher than 0.48m/s, turn down the regulator voltage and reduce the fan input voltage until the average value. The wind speed is kept within the ideal range of 0.4m/s ± 20% before it can be used.
