Product Information: Clean bench is a local filtration working table which has strong universality. Suitable for high cleanliness production workshop, can be assembled together to use.
Structural Features:
1.Adopts mini-pleated HEPA filter to minimize the plenum, with stainless steel table-board and glass atside make the whole work area spacious and bright;
2.Easy removal prefilter with big air volume for better protection of HEPA filter and ensure the wind speed;
3 , adjustable air flow systems to make work area in ideal status;
4 , Horizontal flow type, open desktop, easy to operate.
The laminar flow cabinet consists of case fan, high-efficiency filter, variable air volume blower, medium-efficiency filter, workbench, and antistatic ion gun. Case made of thin steel plate, the surface paint. Work area countertops are all stainless steel and the table tops are removable for easy cleaning.
The clean bench adopts a direct control method, which includes a fan switch, a light switch, an anti-static ion switch, and a direct control device.
1).It is widely used in medical and health, pharmaceuticals, biochemical experiments, electronics, precision instruments, instrumentation and other industries, and provides a localized clean bench for aseptic clean environment.
