Characteristcs
This is a kind of local purifying equipment,fixed on the partition between clean room and unclean room.It is used for shower and removing dust when personnel or objects entring into clean area.Effectively reduce dust source from entring into clean area after used,and keep clean area in normal working state.Shower way:single-side shower,double-side shower,three-side shower and top shower.
Main characters
Photoelectricity control,automatic shower.
Circulated air design keeps shower area clean in non-shower state.
Double doors adopt electric interlocking to force shower;double doors may be made as automatic movable door.
Made as negative pressure and anti-exploding air shower according to users' requirment.
Equipped with the device to remove static.
Carry on air brake,cushion type and other particular design,manufacturing.
Our air shower's advantages and functions are as follows:
1) Material: Stainless Steel SUS304/201/Q195;
2) Electronic Interlock. When A door opens, B door is locking. A, B doors can not open when blowing;
3) Emergency off button is installed according to customers' needs in case of emergency happens. Once press, two doors open;
4) Color LCD screen, touch-point switch to control blowing time and lamp time. It shows reminder of HEPA filter replacement when needed;
5) Infrared sensor automatic blowing, automatic stop;
6) Two-side blowing, left and right, stainless steel nozzles. Three-side blowing can be provided according to customers' needs;
7) Germany Dorma door closer, stable. China KFC stores also choose this type as their door closer;
8) 360-degree rotatable nozzles are installed according to customers' needs to keep high efficiency for blowing off particles from personnel;
9) Have electronic interlock air shower patent.
