1. Laminar flow wardrobe description:
Laminar Flow Wardrobe is designed to maintain the cleanliness integrity of clean room garments during storage.
It can effectively purge and remove particles such as lint and dust ingress on the clothing fabric.
Laminar flow wardrobe features a quiet, direct drive, variable- speed blower mounted above a HEPA filter rated 99.99% 0.3um, and delivers a continuous downstream that block the inrush of contaminants into the storage area, as a result, helps garments virtually free of particulates.
Laminar flow wardrobe is located at the bottom of the storage area and discharges air along with any contaminants that may have entered the stocker.
A variety of configurations and materials are available to suit particular application requirements. Such as garment storage only, with adjustable shelves, or stainless steel cabinet without transparent window models.
Laminar flow wardrobes are perfect for the range of applications include pharmaceutical, chemical biotech, nanotechnology, LCD, Wafer fabrication, Semiconductor, food processing industries, among others.

2. Cleanroom laminar flow wardrobe features:
1). German EBM direct-drive high efficiency centrifugal fan, low noise, maintenance-free, low vibration, long life, stable performance.
2). High-quality ultra-high efficiency, ultra-low resistance, PTEE membrane filter - saving more than 30%.
3). The United States Dwyer pressure differential table, indicating the pressure difference on both sides of the high-efficiency filter, timely reminder to replace the high efficiency filter.
4). advanced design, according to the United States Federal Standard 209E design, reliability can be extremely high.
5). Prefilters and chemical molecular filters can be added as needed to create a better production environment.
3. Cleanroom garment storage structure
1). The filtration efficiency is 99.99% @ 0.3um or 99.9995% @ 0.12um.
2). Material can choose stainless steel or full cold plate electrostatic spray, or both.
3). Pressure display optional digital display or pointer display.
4). Optional yellow light/ultraviolet germicidal lamp.
