Applications
1. Ferro manganese used in thesteel industry: Ferro manganese is used as a deoxidizer and desulfurizer in steelmaking. High quality steel is deoxidized and desulphurized in smelting. Adding a suitable amount of ferro manganese in the molten steel can reduce the harmful element, and improve the quality of the steel. In the steel industry, the consumption of ferro manganese is about 3-5kg FeMn75# to produce one ton steel. 2.Ferro manganese used in the foundry industry: Ferro manganese is used as nucleating agent and nodulizing agent for nodulacast iron. It accelerate the graphite precipitation, shorten the nodulizing time, reduce the impurity in the molten steel, and improve the quality of the cast iron, Reduce the blockage of smelting furnace nozzle, effectively prolong the service life of smelting furnace. 3.Ferro manganese used in other industry: High carbon ferro manganese is used as reducing agent in the low carbon ferroalloys production. HC ferro manganese powder can also used in welding materials, and mineral separation. High manganese ferromanganese can used in electrical industry to produce the semiconductor pure manganese, and can used in chemical industry to produce manganese ketone.
