Working principle of flat die granulating machine
The working principle of flat die pellet mill is that, the materials fall on the flat die surface with many holes, and the roller will begin to press them on the surface of flat die into die holes. Then the materials will come out from the bottom of flat die in a form of cylinders. The cutter cuts the cylinders into specified length getting the end products.
Features of flat die granulating machine
1. The bearing and oil seal in the main drive are imported and operation more stable.
2. The granulation does not need add binder; organic particles can grow up each other in a certain force.
3. Flat die pellet mills have a layout that is compacted and simple. It is smaller in size and also lighter in weight as compared to other types of pellet mills.
