Working principle of ring die granulator machine
Applying dual-die granulation & bilateral extrusion technology, organic materials obtain continuous and fast extruding, significantly strengthening physical pelletization pressure between particle substances. Granulation efficiency increases by 1-3 times compared with conventional component of double mode fertilizer granulator. Power consumption reduces by more than 60%.
Features of ring die granulator machine
1. It is designed with cooling system to ensure continuous working and prevent overheat of the pellet machine over 8 hours, protects electric motor and electrical parts, and eventually lengthen its life span.
2. It adopts double belt-driven system.
3. Main parts roller and die are made from stainless steel to guarantee long service life.
