Working principle of disc fertilizer granulating machine
The main motor of disc granulator drives the pulley and the belt to drive the pinion through the reducer and the pinion is mutually engaged with the large gear fixed on the bottom of the disc, and works in opposite directions. The big gear is specially designed to fit on the spindle mounted on the rack adjustment disc to support the work of the entire granulator (used in conjunction with the sprayer). After entering the granulation tray, the material is continuously rotated and sprayed by the granulation plate to make the material stick together to form spherical pellets. We have designed an automatic cleaning device in the upper part of the pilling disc to prevent the material sticking to the wall, thus greatly improve the service life of the disc granulator. With the continuous rotation of motor and continuous entry of materials, mass production is can be achieved.
