Cow manure compost fermentation:

This can only be achieved by turning the pile in time and evenly. Now some places are very dry and some places are very wet, which will affect the quality of fermentation.
Ingredients crushed and mixed:
Use the batching bin to crush, proportion and mix the composted materials and other additives and other materials through the material crusher and horizontal mixer according to the corresponding proportions.
Cow dung pelleting:
A new type of organic fertilizer granulator is used to granulate the material.
Screening and material return system:
The granules output from the granulation forming system have some differences in particle size and need to be sieved and classified. The selected rotary screening machine requires low vibration, low noise, convenient screen change, and is equipped with a screen surface cleaning device.
It is recommended to be equipped with an automatic material return system to screen unqualified large and small particles, convey them through a belt elevator, and send them to the granulator to continue granulation after re-pulverization.
Cow dung pellet drying:
Using an organic fertilizer dryer, the sieved particles are further dewatered to meet the standard requirements of organic fertilizer moisture content.
Cow dung pellet cooling:
Cooling the granular materials with a cooler helps the storage and quality of the granules.
Cow dung pellet packaging:
The cooled cow dung organic fertilizer granular material is conveyed into the finished product warehouse through a bucket elevator. Granular materials can be quantitatively weighed and packaged through automatic packaging scales.
