Performance characteristics
1.Particle size distribution is centralized and easy to control .Compared with the natural agglomeration granulator (such as rotary disk granulator, drum granulator), the particle size distribution is concentrated.
2.High organic content .The granules produced are spherical .Organic content can be up to 100%, the realization of pure organic granulation.
3.Granulation without edges and corners, powder rate is very low .Spherical granules have no acute Angle after granulation, so the pulverization rate is very low.
4.High efficiency. Easier to meet the requirements of mass production.
Working principle
Using high speed rotary and mechanical stirring and the resulting aerodynamic force, so that the fine powder material in the machine to achieve continuous mixing, granulation, spheroidization, densification and other processes, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation.Particle shape is spherical, spherical degree 0.7, particle size is generally between 0.3-3 mm, the granulation rate 90%, the size of particle diameter can be properly adjusted by the size of the material water mix and spindle speed, usually the lower the mixing amount, the higher the speed, the smaller the particle, and vice versa.
