Raw material
The main raw material of cow manure bio-organic fertilizer is cow dung.
Cow dung can be made into high quality organic fertilizer products after fermentation.Cow dung contains 14.5% organic matter, 0.30 ~ 0.45% nitrogen, 0.15 ~ 0.25% phosphorus and 0.10 ~ 0.15% potassium.Cow dung organic manure is a cold fertilizer, the content of organic matter and nutrient is lower in all kinds of livestock, fine texture, slow decomposition, low heat, is a slow effect fertilizer, suitable for base fertilizer.
Flow Process introduction
Cow dung bio-organic fertilizer production line are cow dung mixed with straw, rice husk and other organic compounds, composting fermentation, drying after pretreatment, again into the processing workshop, through crushing, mixing, pelleting, cooling, packaging process, and made into bio-organic fertilizer. The whole line is 10 to 12 tons per hour of organic fertilizer granules, total power is about 1050 kw, the workshop covers an area of 4000 m2, contains raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse; The design of the whole line is compact, reasonable, meets the requirements of environmental protection, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
