Description:
Tungsten tubes can be widely used in insulation layers, induction heating elements and containers in high-temperature furnaces. It can be used in many fields such as sapphire crystal growth furnace thermal field, quartz continuous melting furnace refractory metal parts, industrial high temperature furnace refractory parts, etc.
When the tungsten tube is used as a container, it is often fixed to the tungsten material table through threads to form the bottom. In order to increase the volume of the tungsten tube, people lengthen it by connecting multiple sections of tungsten tubes with threads.
The tungsten core rod is mainly used to fix the former in the quartz continuous melting furnace. The single tungsten core rod has good stability to ensure that the position of the former does not shift, thereby ensuring that the thickness and shape of the quartz product are uniform and not eccentric.
