1). Feeder: feeding raw material into the conditioner.
2). Conditioner: the feed raw material are ripened and sterilized due to the vapour steam. which can improve the digestibility of the feed, promote the absorption, increase the feed meat ratio and reduce the production cost.
3). Vapour steam inlet: connection with steam boiler.
4). Pellet making: ring die and press roller inside work together to make the raw material into pellet pellet.
5). Main motor: driving the pellet making system.
Working process of feed pellet mill machine:
The main components of the press chamber of the feed pelletizer are composed of a ring die, two press rollers, a feeding scraper, a cutter and a die roller gap adjusting screw.
The structure and working principle of the press room: Feed powder feed is sent to two pressing areas through the ring die cover and the feed scraper. The empty shaft drive wheel drives the press mold to rotate, and the feed material is drawn between the press mold and the press roller. , The two relatively rotating parts gradually squeeze the feed, the feed is squeezed into the ring die hole, formed in the die hole, and continuously squeezed to the outer end of the die hole, and then the formed pellets are cut into the required length by the tool . The formation of the particle stream enters the next step.
