Description of feed production line
1. It is suitable for crushing, mixing, and pelletizing of full-price pellets in small and medium-sized breeding farms and small feed factories.
2. This feed production line is a complete unit integrating material crushing, stirring and granulating, with a small footprint, convenient installation and reasonable price. The entire feed production line includes crushing equipment, silo, pellet machine, mixing mixer, lifting equipment (bucket lift or spiral lifting), cooling equipment, vibrating screen, etc.
Compact, modular and containerized small feed mill with advantages of low investment, compact structure and flexible operation:
1. With reasonable technology, homogeneous grinding particles, high capacity and low energy consumption, it can produce 1000-40000 tons mash and pellet feed per shift annually.
2. Modular Structure: The plant is compact, which occupies less floor space and has low requirement on the mill tower, also needs low investment in civil works. This structure is convenient for assembly and disassembly, facilitates the shipment and installation
