1. Adopt precision involute cylindrical helical gears for direct transmission, with good transmission efficiency. 2. The transmission gear tooth blank is subjected to normalizing heat treatment after the water chain, which improves the hardness of the tooth surface. The tooth surface is carburized, and the carburized surface is as deep as 2.4mm, which enhances the wear resistance and prolongs the service life of the parts. The surface is processed by the silent fine grinding practice process, so that the operation is quiet and stable. 3. The main shaft and the conjoined hollow shaft are made of alloy structural steel bar water section, rough turning, heat treatment, fine turning and fine grinding. The structure is reasonable and the hardness is uniform, which improves the fatigue resistance and wear resistance of the parts. 4. The main box is made of carbon steel precision casting, with uniform thickness and precise structure to ensure normal operation. 5. The bearings and oil seals used in the transmission part are all made of precision bearings and wear-resistant and temperature-resistant fluororubber oil seals, and a lubricating oil return system is added, the oil circuit is circulated and cooled, and the oil is lubricated automatically and regularly. Ensure that the bearings are fully lubricated and operate reliably. 6. The bearings used in the particle forming system are all silent bearings, and a thin oil circulation cooling and lubrication system is added, the bearing has a long service life and ensures operation. 7. The ring die is made of stainless steel, and the compression ratio design is reasonable, so that the product quality is good, the use time of the ring die is long, and the production cost is reduced.

The connection between the ring die and the drive wheel adopts three-piece quick-release precision casting hoop, which is convenient and quick to disassemble the ring die; 8. The door cover and chute are all made of stainless steel, with strong anti-corrosion ability and long service life; 9. The motor and gear shaft adopt a new type of serpentine spring coupling, which is easy to disassemble and assemble, reliable in transmission and high in efficiency.
