Product description
Ring die animal feed pellet mill in feed processing industry is used to press powdery feed raw materials into feed pellets (cylindrical granules) through the ring die holes under water and heat conditioning.

Model selection and assembly gap of main shaft is ensured enough from structure design, don't make gap of main shaft move because safety pin is broken and replaced, prolong the lifetime of main shaft, ensure the machine running efficiency and stabilization long time 7. New box is made by special foundry technology in imported machining center, high precision. 8. The connection between motor and gearbox adopts new type S-shape spring coupling with more convenient disassembling and assembling and more reliable use. 9.3 PC quick disassembling type precisely-cast die clamp is adopted to connect the die and quill flange, resulting in convenient and quick disassembling of die; 10. Pellet chamber door and feed chute are fully made of stainless steel with high anti-corrosion ability and long service life; 11. Heavy welded base structure for whole machine, set deironing and overload protection device for protecting the machine in use
Working principle of feed pellet machine
The main motor drive the ring die mould rotated. the press roller that were placed inside of the roller does not revolution, but will rotate because the friction of the ring die mould and feed powder raw material.
The feed material was spread evenly into the space between the ring die and roller, and was press into the mould hole, formed column shape pellet, the pellet will rotate along with the rotating ring die mould and will be cutted when the length of the column pellet reach to a certain value.
