Working principle of animal feed extruder

The main working parts of the pressing room are composed of a pressing die, a pressing roller, a feeding scraper, a cutting knife, and a die roller gap adjusting screw.

The feed passes through the die cover and the feeding scraper to send the powdered feed to the two pressing areas. The hollow shaft drive wheel drives the die to rotate. The feed is drawn between the die and the roller. The two relative rotating parts gradually affect the feed. Extrusion, and extruding into the die hole, forming in the die hole, and continuously extruding to the outer end of the die hole, and then cutting the formed particles into the required length by the cutter, and then the formed particles flow out of the machine.

The pressure roller is fixed on the pressure roller shaft through two bearings, the inner end of the pressure roller shaft is fixed to the main shaft through a bushing, and the outer end is fixed to the pressure plate. The pressure roller shaft is eccentric, and the die roller gap can be changed by rotating the pressure roller shaft. The gap adjustment is realized by rotating the gap adjusting wheel.

Feature of animal feed extruder

5. The pressure roller and ring die are all made of high-quality alloy steel, treated with a special process, with high quality, long life and good effect.

6. Convenient disassembly and assembly of the ring die, simple adjustment of the pressure roller, and low noise.

7. The working parts are durable, stable in quality, easy to adjust, repair and replace, and low energy consumption per unit output.

Application of animal feed extruder

Scope of application: used to make feed for cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits and other animals and poultry. Such as 2-4mm diameter chicken feed pellets and pig feed pellets. 2-5mm rabbit feed pellets, 4-8mm cattle or sheep feed pellets. The length of the finished pellets can be adjusted.
