Product Description
Fish feed extruder machine is widely used for producing grains into high-grade aquatic feed pellets for fish, catfish,shrimps,crab,dog,cat,chicken,pig,cattle,birds feed etc with different shape.
Raw Materials
Fish feed extruder machine is based on the raw material of corn meal, flour, Wheat middling, Wheat bran, rice bran, soybean meal,cottonseed meal, fish meal, bone meal, meat meal and etc.
------ Moisture of raw material: 20% -25% ------ Raw material type: Powder ------ Feed pellets diameter is 1-12mm.

1.Widely used for producing floating and sinking feed pellets of all kinds of aquatic animal.
2.Different molds can be chosen to make pellets with different diameters and shapes (1-15mm).It can produce different shapes feed for fish, dog, cat etc.
3.High wear resistant degree and long service life.
4.High temperature and high pressure cooking process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easily to digest.
5.Screw sleeve of extruder adopts enchase alloy steel strip structure, which guarantees long service life.
6.Auto-temperature control system makes the temperature controlling more direct viewing and the parameter more precise.
