This fish feed pellet production line mainly consists of the following parts: mixer, feed extruder, dryer, seasoning machine, and packing machine. 2.Fish feed pellet production line process flow:
Raw material preparation→Mixing raw material→Conveying→Extrusion→Conveying→Drying→Screening→Oil spraying→Flavoring→Packing

4.Machines Materials:
All the machines are made by stainless steel 304.
High quality ingredients (fish meal, cereals, vegetable proteins …) are selected and ground according to the specific nutritional and pellets size requirements of the aquatic animals and various fish request.
The particle quantity of fish feed raw material is a key factor for premium granulates production : therefore the grinding step is an important unit operation. The powder is then mixed with minor ingredients such as vitamins, mineral premixes… prior to the preconditioning to the fish extruder directly.
Next,the heart of the process, extrusion cooking is done in three stages in the fish feed machine : preconditioning, extrusion cooking and die texturing/ shaping. Twin-screw extrusion-cooking uses its perfect mixing ability and parameters control such as shear, temperature, residence time to reach the highest physical and nutritional standards. Through direct steam injection,venting device and efficient barrel cooling, adjustable screw speed, screw configuration, shear and temperature conditions are perfectly controlled ; this leads to optimized functional and nutritional pellet properties such as the bulk density, calibration,cooking degree, best ratio proteins- lipids, etc.
Fish feed Pellets can then be oil coated and possible additives and are cooled down to complete the fish feed processing.

6.Working process:
Put raw materials into feeder, they will be pressed by the screw with high pressure and
temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized. Then the pressed
materials will be formed into pellets by shaping mould.It can make different size and
shapes pellets by changing molds. Last the cutter device cut the formed pellets into
different length as required.

by steam.
Oven
The heating source can be electric, gas, steam and fuel. The material is stainless steel 304. It consists of rack system,conmbustion system, dehumidifier system, sheet metal insulation system and controlling system.
