Crusher machine
Tear-circle hammer mill crusher machine
Adopting international advanced technique, crush room is designed as water drop. With special twice crush design, crush efficiency is greatly improved. With full open operating door, elasticity sieve pressing mechanism, easy to maintain and replace sieve.
Double shaft paddle mixer machine
The improvement of open door shaft and link mechanism ensure that the angle of openning door is larger than 90-(the materials can’t fall on the door), close door which is deadlocked.
Advanced adding and spraying system could be added many kinds of liquid and solid at the same time, Precision spraying and convenient control.
Ring die feed pellet machine
Adopts CPM models, European and American models. Double-layer conditioner, the main drive adopts high-precision gear transmission, and the output is increased by about 20% compared with the belt drive type. Imported high-quality bearings and oil seals are used to ensure efficient, stable and low noise operation. The feeder adopts a variable frequency speed regulating motor to ensure the quality of the pellet discharge.
Crumbler machine

Counter-flow cooler machine
On the Principle of the advanced counter flow cooling, SKLN series counter flow cooler is equipped with a reciprocating grate type discharging device, which is characterized by its smooth material flowing and uniform discharging.
The octagon cooling bin has eliminated dead cooling corner, which is beneficial to the cooling treatment of materials.
Screener machine
Low breakdown, less maintenance, simple operation, the gearbox adopts non-gear transmission way, dispense with oil lubrication, avoid oil pollution with oil leakage
